This tongue-in-cheek video is just too good not to share.

I’m sure that men and women alike dream of being able to “decode” the opposite sex with such ease.

    Very funny! Vladimir’s comments remind me of the book “He’s Just Not That Into You”. It seems, it’s difficult for both men and women to be completely honest. Male communication can be evasive or confusing because they often would rather avoid or delay confrontation. Women talk in “feelings” and can worry that blunt honesty will hurt someone’s feelings so they try to cusion it with softer words that are untranslatable to men.

    This manslater is totally marketable!! I’d buy one. ; )

    Yeah, most women are like a Chinese puzzle. You have to decode their words to understand what she really means. Here are a few examples from my own experience:

    1. Let’s just be friends. – What she is really saying is that she doesn’t find you attractive to date you, but wants to be polite about it.

    2. I’m not ready for a relationship. – add “with you” If anyone else comes along that she is really attracted to, she will jump right in.

    3. You are such a wonderful friend. – Add “so I will never date you, because I don;t want to ruin our friendship”. She again doesn’t find you attractive enough to date you. And the moment someone else comes along that she finds attractive, she will be jumping right into relationship with him and youuuuuu such a nice friend, ….. will have to know about it first.

    4. You don;t need to give me anything for my birthday (Christmas, aniversary, etc). What she is really saying is I will see if you are creative and find something on your own and I will be really mad at you if you give me nothing as I said.

    5. I want to bring a friend on our first date. – She is saying, “don;t think about anything romantic, it’s just a meeting to see what you are like and the purpose of this is to have me and my jealous friend to interrogate you, find anything or everything bad about you and to judge you.”

    6. Do you like cats? (dogs, name any pet) – She is trying to find out if you like kids how many would like to have, and what’s your take on them.

    7. I don’t know what I want, or I don;t know how I feel about that. – She is saying that so she can do whatever she wants whenever she wants. Usually if more attractive guy comes along, she reserves the right to move on with him, leaving you behind.
